This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all of your data will be permanently removed from our servers. You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
What gets deleted
When you delete your NomadCore account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Account profile
- Cloud backups
- Family group memberships
- Shared family data
- Bulletin posts & comments
- Reactions & acknowledgments
- Calendar events & RSVPs
- Group inventory items
- Maintenance schedules
- Location sharing data
- Push notification tokens
- Analytics & audit logs
What stays on your device
Your local data (emergency plans, documents, offline maps, supply lists) will remain on your device until you uninstall the app. Account deletion only removes cloud-synced data from our servers.
Prefer to delete from within the app?
You can also delete your account directly from the NomadCore app:
- Open NomadCore and go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account & Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by typing DELETE and entering your email

Enter the email address associated with your NomadCore account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
