NomadCore is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
- The suitability of information for your specific situation
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That defects will be corrected
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NomadCore, its creators, developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any information provided in the App
- Actions taken based on App content
- Errors or omissions in content
- Loss of data
5. Medical Disclaimer

- Not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App
8. Account Services (Optional)
NomadCore works fully without an account. If you choose to create an account for backup and sync:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
- You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time through the App settings or at nomad-core.com/delete-account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Account services may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice
- We are not liable for data loss due to account deletion or service changes
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use NomadCore. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their minor children's use of NomadCore. By allowing a minor to use the App, you agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf and take full responsibility for their use.
10. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at support@nomad-core.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of NomadCore shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Travis County, Texas, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, provided the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Content
The App may include links or references to third-party content, including YouTube channels, websites, and products. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.
12. Privacy

13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
